in order to meet the demand of the production and development of the company, cfhi has established the perfect quality systems, including four quality systems: iso9000 quality management system (civil product: iso9001-2008，；special product：gjb9001b-2009）, quality assurance system of pressure vessel product manufacturing, quality assurance system of nuclear safety mechanical equipment manufacturing for civil purpose as well as the quality assurance system for asme item.
quality management system for civil product: iso9001-2008 and special product: gjb9001b-2009:
since subcommittee of quality management and quality assurance (tc176) of the international standardization organization（iso）issued the iso9000 series standards in 1987, two new editions of iso9000 standards have been issued in 1994,2000 and 2008, which has established the current iso9001:2008 quality management system standard. in china, the identical standard idt：iso9001-2008 was applied and the gb/t19001-2008 has been developed based on the actual conditions of china. according to gb/t19001-2008, gjb9001b-2009 has been developed in the same time at the basis of the certification of chinese quality management system. china first heavy industries has gained the registration and certification of the gb/t19001-1994（idtiso9001-1994）quality management system in july 1998 and achieved the registration and certification of the gjb9001a-1996 special product quality management system in february 1999.
quality assurance system for manufacture of pressure vessel
cfhi gained the "manufacture qualification license of special equipment (pressure vessel)" on november 6th 1986 and established the quality assurance for manufacture of pressure vessel in accordance with "supervisory administration regulations for manufacture of boiler and pressure vessel", the government decree no. 549 "safety supervision regulations for special equipment" and "safety technology supervision regulations for stationary type pressure vessel" etc. the quality assurance system includes four parts: first part: "quality manual for pressure vessel", specifying the quality policy, target and management responsibilities and description of quality assurance system; second part: pressure vessel management procedures (total 35 procedures) and the supporting documents of related departments; third part: technical and executive documents; four part: quality record and certificates.
quality assurance system for manufacture of civilian nuclear safety mechanical equipment
cfhi gained the "manufacture license for civil nuclear safety mechanical equipment" in 1995 and established the quality assurance system for civil nuclear safety mechanical equipment. the documents of the system include: first part: quality assurance manual for manufacture of civil nuclear safety mechanical equipment, stating the quality policy, organization, management responsibilities and the requirements of document, process and nonconformance control; second part: quality management procedures (total 45 procedures) and the management of the departments. these are the supporting documents of the quality assurance manual for manufacture of civil nuclear safety mechanical equipment to specify who and how to work against the activities; third part: technical and executive documents as the instructions to carry out some activity in details; forth part: quality record and certificates, which are the objective evidence of the quality activities.
asme non-nuclear quality assurance system
cfhi has established the asme quality assurance system based on the asme code issued by asme organization, including the asme pressure vessel fabrication quality system (u, u2) in accordance with asme code, section viii (applicable to the fabrication of pressure vessel for civil purpose).
asme nuclear quality assurance system
cfhi has established the asme nuclear quality assurance system in accordance with asme nqa-1 and section iii, nca. cfhi fularji manufacturing base is issued with "npt" certificate and stamp; cfhi dalian manufacturing base is issued with "n", "npt" and "ns" certificates and stamps. the documents include: quality assurance manual, procedures and exhibits etc.
the scope of “n” certificate issued to dalian manufacturing base contains construction of class 1, 2, 3, and mc vessels; class 1, 2, and 3 piping systems; class 2 and 3 storage tanks; class 1, 2, and 3 shop assembly;
the scope of “npt” certificate contains class 1, 2, 3, cs, mc fabrication without design responsibility and fabrication of appurtenance with design responsibility and as a material organization supplying ferrous and nonferrous materials,
the scope of “ns” certificate contains class 1, 2, 3, cs, mc fabrication of nuclear support.
the scope of “npt” certificate issued to cfhi fularji manufacturing base contains class 1, 2, 3, cs and mc fabrication without design responsibility; and as a material organization supplying ferrous and nonferrous materials.
